The special representative of the European Union (EU) for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, will visit Azerbaijan.
This was reported to SIA by the press service of the EU.
It was noted that T. Klaar is currently in Armenia, and later his visit to Baku is planned.
T. Klaar is expected to hold a number of meetings in Azerbaijan on July 15.
