The world has changed. Sometimes, there are an exchange of views and contradiction of different opinions. That’s what is needed in order to elaborate new approaches, President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said at the opening of the IX Global Baku Forum, SİA informs.
“Global Baku Forum is an excellent platform for open discussions about the current situation in Europe, how to make the world safer and more secure, the role of the leading international and financial institutions, how to cope with the food crisis,” Aliyev said.
