Activities of the Joint Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center were highly appreciated in the Shusha Declaration and welcomed by experts in this field and official bodies. Also, after the signing of the declaration, a service group representing the Turkish Armed Forces started operating in Azerbaijan, Secretary of Azerbaijan’s Security Council Colonel-General Ramil Usubov said in an interview with the official press, SİA informs.
He noted that with Turkiye, which is a fraternal and important strategic partner in the formation of Azerbaijan’s security system, the signed Shusha Declaration is one of the main documents: “This is a high-level document that determines the directions and goals of the two states in various fields, especially in the field of military security.”
