The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Leyla Abdullayeva emphasized when commenting on Lavrov’s statement about the delimitation process of the borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia while commenting on the situation regarding the village of Farrukh in the Khojaly region at a press conference during his visit to Armenia, SIA reports.
"This process does not envisage consideration of any issue outside the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border, including the territories of the Russian peacekeeping contingent of the Republic of Azerbaijan," the spokeswoman stressed.
