New cities under construction in Karabakh, East Zangazur, parliament speaker says

Azerbaijan put an end to the occupation of its territories and restored its territorial integrity in 2020, Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) Sahiba Gafarova said at the 3rd General Conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Baku.

According to her, Armenia destroyed all Azerbaijani villages and settlements during the occupation: "New cities are under construction in Karabakh and East Zangazur."
