According to the Order of President Ilham Aliyev dated April 19, 2022, on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Victory in World War II, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population paid a lump sum of 1,500 manat to each of the 81 participants.
According to the information given by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection to SIA, a lump sum of 750 manat was given to widows of soldiers killed in World War II, also to those who died later, those awarded with medals for generous work in the rear, employees of special forces who performed tasks in the interests of the army and navy within the rear borders or operational zones of combat navies, those awarded with the appropriate medals and badges for the defense of Leningrad during World War II, as well as participants in the siege of Leningrad.
A total of 4,314 people were provided with one-time financial assistance from the President's reserve fund within the order.
