"Today, the Armenian provocation group tried to cross the Azerbaijani border in the direction of Zangilan. This incident contradicts the recent normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations," the statement came from MP Elman Nasirov.
According to him, this is completely contrary to the agreement reached between the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in Brussels. Both countries instructed the ministers to sign a peace agreement. And in the background of all these agreements, we have repeatedly witnessed provocations by Armenians.
He added that radical opposition circles and revanchist forces in Armenia are trying to obstruct the peace process. He does not rule out that Pashinyan gave the green light to such provocations in order to calm down the internal processes. In the current situation, it is possible that both the opposition and the government will speak with one voice.
In any case, the Armenian political leadership should not forget the warning of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
