President Ilham Aliyev's speech at the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis in Shusha was widely covered by Romanian media. The Romanian news portal News24hours and the newspaper Ultima ora published articles with key points from the speech of the head of state, citing AZERTAC.
According to SIA, the articles refer to President Ilham Aliyev that the Minsk Group has been virtually paralyzed since 2019. The group, which received a mandate to resolve the issue in 1992, had virtually no results. Now, looking at the history and actions of this group, its proposals, we can see once again that it was created not to solve the problem, but to perpetuate the occupation.
Then it is emphasized with reference to the speech of the President at the Victory Congress: “The occasional revanchist forces in Armenia should know that this is the only way out for Armenia and perhaps the last chance. If they refuse, we will not recognize the territorial integrity of Armenia, we will officially declare it. "Given the consequences of the Second Karabakh War, the Armenian side must understand well what this step will lead to."
