Moscow reacted to the UN Security Council's call for an immediate end to Russia's "special operation": "The ceasefire calls in Ukraine, where Russia is conducting a special operation to liberate the Donbas, are manipulative speculation." This opinion was expressed by Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Security Council, during his speech at the UN Security Council, according to SIA. According to him, the positive arguments of those who want to make more money in the wake of the tragedy in 2014, including the finally disguised EU leadership, are irrelevant. I think the sooner Ukraine does that, the better for them. This was stated by Dmitry Polyansky.
