"The European Union may give Ukraine the status of a candidate for EU membership in the coming days. This is a matter of political decision," stated Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Marcin Przydacz, SİA reports citing Perild.
“Ukraine could become a candidate for EU membership tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week. This is a matter of political decision,” Przydach said, adding that 10 EU countries already support such a step.
