"We hope that arrest and bringing to justice each person, who committed a crime, especially Arayik Harutyunyan and other crime perpetrators will be provided soon," said Head of Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office Nemat Avazov, SİA reports.
N. Avazov has noted that Ganja city was subjected to terror attacks four times during Patriotic War. Arayik Harutyunyan, who presents himself as a president of the so-called body, claimed responsibility for it on his social media account.
hat was why a criminal case was launched on him under Treason and other articles of the Criminal Code and search was put on wanted list.
