A farewell ceremony for those who died as a result of the crash of a military helicopter of the State Border Service during training flights on November 30, 2021, at the Garaheybat Training Centre in Khizi district, has ended, SİA reports.
Military servicemen who died in the helicopter crash will be buried in the second Alley of Martyrs. Funerals of martyrs have been sent to the Second Alley of Martyrs to be buried.

The ceremony has been held at the Sarhadchi Sports Complex.
The ceremony has been attended by SBS Chairman Elchin Guliyev, Military Prosecutor Khanlar Valiyev, Head of Baku City Executive Power Eldar Azizov, other officials, and representatives of public.

Note that today, at around 10:00 military helicopter of State Border Service crashed while conducting exercise flights in the Garaheybat aviation polygon located in the Khizi region, according to the joint information of SBS and prosecutor’s General Office. During the crash the following servicemen were killed: 1. Colonel Javadov Fuzuli Ali Ibram oglu;
2. Colonel Nazirov Emil Nazir oglu;
3. Major Hasanov Elmir Mirjalil oglu;
4. Major Ahmadov Elbrus Samraddin oglu;
5. Major Mayilov Emil Shahid oglu;
6. Major Mammadov Murad Yashar oglu;
7. Major Aliyev Emil Elman oglu; 8. Captain of the medical service Ahmadkhanov Jeyhun Khanlar oglu;
9. Captain Bayramli Javid Ahliman oglu;
10. Captain Aliyev Khayyam Alikhan oglu;
11. Captain Garaisayev Teymur Anvar oglu;
12. Lieutenant Suleymanov Abdulla Telman oglu;
13. Senior Lieutenant Nagiyev Farid Tayyar oglu;
14. worker Nabiyev Elchin Fikret oglu.
During the incident, Lieutenant-Colonel Jafarov Emil Mammad oglu and Captain Adilov Ramin Ramiz oglu were injured.
