Armenia is ready to resume negotiations with Azerbaijan and is waiting for concrete proposals from the OSCE Minsk Groug, Prime Minister of the republic Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a government meeting on Thursday, SİA reports quoting TASS.
"Yerevan is ready to resume the work of the trilateral commission of the deputy prime ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan to unblock regional communications," said Pashinyan.
