Azerbaijan has sent an inter-state complaint to the European Court of Human Rights regarding Armenia's refusal from submission of relevant maps on places of mines, which cause danger for lives of people in the territories liberated from occupation, SİA reports.
The appeal is the second inter-state complaint against Armenia and will increase press to the country in the direction of following its obligations coming from the international right.
