Khojaly victims commemorated in Pakistan - PHOTO

The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Pakistan has organized a seminar called Seminar on the topic “Bombardments, Massacres, Genocides. Crimes Against Humanity” has been organized on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide in cooperation with the Institute of Conflict Resolution, one of the specialized think tanks of this country, SİA reports.

According to the information, the head of the Institute of Conflict Resolution, Sabah Aslam, Defense Analyst, retired Lieutenant General Amjad Shoaib, Professor of Defense and Strategic Studies at Kayde Azam University Dr. Selma Malik, a number of Pakistani MPs, diplomats, youth, and university students, members of the media and the public attended the seminar which Shahriyar Afridi, Federal Minister of Pakistan, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir in the National Assembly has attended as a supreme guest.

Sabah Aslam opening the seminar with an introduction given information about the complications and results of the Khojaly genocide following the national anthems of both countries, the commemoration of the victims of the genocide, and the screening of a documentary on the Khojaly genocide made with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
