SİA reports that the statement was made by Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko on his Telegram channel.
"In this context, the defense and foreign ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan can meet several times a year to discuss all topical issues of the bilateral, regional, and international agenda.
At the same time, it is necessary to intensify relations between the Russian FTC and the Azerbaijani FTC, as well as to create a format of high-level consultations," he said.
