The enemy will answer for all crimes, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said during his visit to Gubadli district liberated from occupation, SİA reports.
“We are now in the territory of Jabrayil district. We are in the liberated lands. On the right, there are our villages destroyed by Armenians. We are going to Gubadli district. There are destroyed vineyards. All villages were destroyed. The poles on the left and right sides of the road were installed shortly after the lands were liberated,” the head of state said.
“All our villages were destroyed,” said President Aliyev, stressing that the enemy will answer for these crimes.
“All our villages, historical and religious monuments were destroyed by the enemy. The whole world should see it. The monument dating back to the Soviet times is a monument erected in honor of the Second World War, and it was destroyed,” the president added.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva on Wednesday visited the liberated from occupation Gubadli and Zangilan districts. Mehriban Aliyeva shared footages from the visit.
