I was convinced that Georgians accept Azerbaijanis as brothers.
SİA reports that the statement came from Russian political scientist and journalist Maxim Shevchenko.
He said he paid a three-day visit to Georgia after Ganja.
"Until now, the friendship and brotherhood of Georgians and Azerbaijanis seemed to me only a theory. I saw it with my own eyes during my visit to Georgia. I witnessed how Georgians and Azerbaijanis joked with each other as close friends and did not harm each other."
Shevchenko noted that fraternal relations between the Georgian and Azerbaijani peoples are a very important factor.
