"If there was any procedure violation in CEC’s activity, international observers would have proclaimed it globally,” Mazahir Panahov, chairman of Central Election Commission stated at today’s meeting, SIA reports.
M. Panahov said that they have nothing to refrain: “Our activity is obvious. We create a condition for everyone to come and express their opinion.”
