"Today we will conduct observation at 10-12 polling stations, we have attended 3 voting stations so far", international observer of Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE Luxemburger Graas Gustav Marsel has told secki-2020.az.
He said no violation cases have been recorded yet at polling stations: "The voting process is implemented in accordance with legislation at the voting stations. It is still early to talk about the final results because voting has newly started".
