Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a letter of congratulations to the participants of the 18th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement member states, which began its work in Baku on October 25, SIA reports.
The President of Russia emphasized Moscow supports the Non-Aligned Movement, which based on building an equitable multi-polar world order, low norm recognized by everyone, development of equal international dialogue and cooperation.
Vladimir Putin noted that, the summit is held in difficult international conditions. The armed conflicts rise and it prevents to fight against many problems, including the poverty and hunger in the world. He said that, cooperation between Russian Federation and the Non-Aligned Movement in the future will contribute to strengthening peace and security at the regional and global levels.
