The target of the invader Armenian army is children, elders and women ANALYSİS

It is a fact that, Armenian army maintain its ceasefire violation regime in the border and even target civilians, living in the villages and settlements. It is true that, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, as well as the State Border Service, located in the border areas immediately prevent the attack and give response fire to the opposing side. However, the anti-peace statements made by the Armenian government and the leadership create basis for come to the conclusion that they are interested in similar events.

Meanwile, just a few days ago, on Wednesday, October 2 a provocation by the enemy troops on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border was registered. Thus, the excavator was fired by the enemy, was engaged in construction of roads in the ''Kushchu Ayrim'' village of Gazakh region. As a result, the driver of the excavator, Abisov Safarali was wounded by the enemy bullet. Although, the injured was provided with immediate medical assistance, he could not be saved.

Similar cases happened on January 12 and September 21, and our civilian machines subjected to fire from large machine guns.

Unfortunately, these incidents are not only permanent, but women, children, and the elderly among our civilians become targets of enemy bullets and lose their lives. From this point of view, a number of facts need to be recalled.

What the facts say ...

Nine years old Azerbaijani Fariz Badalov, a resident of ''Orta Garvand'' village, died as a result of an Armenian sniper firing on the occupied ''Shikhlar'' village of Agdam on March 8, 2011. Shahmaliyeva Aygun was killed and her mother Shahmaliyeva Elnara, was seriously injured in the ''Alibayli'' village in the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan, bordering Armenia, in 2016. During the investigation it was found out that the child's toy set with the explosive device was released to the Tovuz river by the Armenians, which enters the Alibeyli village. Jafarov Elsavar and Shahmaliyeva Aygun have found the toy and brought it to Jafarov Hasan's house. While playing at home, Aygun Shahmaliyeva hit her toy on the table and happened explosion.

As a result of opening fire, by Armenian armed forces on 12 years old Narmin Khanbabayeva, her 8 years old brother Tuncay and 44 years old Durdana Nagiyeva were wounded seriously in ''Alibeyli'' village of Tovuz, on July 14, 2016. Three civilians were killed and five residents were wounded by heavy artillery which belongs to Armenians in the village of ''Sarijali'' in Aghdam region, on April 4, 2016. In addition, the enemy forces severely damaged schools, infrastructure facilities and civilian communities along the contact line.

Virtually, there are hundreds or even thousands of such incidents. It is a fact that Armenia's occupation policy began at the beginning of the last century. This policy has been going on since 1988 and up to now. For instance, Azerbaijanis were forcibly deported from their homeland in the Armenian SSR, 216 of our cognates were killed, including 23 children in1988. However, witnesses say there are more children killed. On December 5, 1988, Armenians filled 17 underage boys in a large pipe in ''Hamamly'' (Spitak) and welded both sides. In November of the same year about 70 children aged 5-12 again filled the pipe and closed both sides in ''Gugark'' . The massacre was opened only by French rescuers who came to the aid of the December 1988 earthquake. In 1989, 9 years old Nijat and 11 years old Nadir Ibrahimov were killed by Armenians in ''Karkijahan''.

It is worth mentioning that today Armenia is registered as the most mono-ethnic country in the region and in the world. Ethnic minorities living in the occupied country subject to massive and regular discrimination. Not surprisingly, the same policy implements to the Yazidi Kurds as the only ethnic minority living there. In this regard, international and humanitarian organizations must react severely to the issue. Because, some nations and minorities suffered from Armenian terrorism in many parts of the world throughout history.
