A meeting held with Co-chairmen of US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) with co-chairmen of the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) Bill Delahunt and Reza Vaziri, and John Sununu, a member of the Honorary Council of Advisors for the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.
Congratulating the USACC and all members of the organization on the occasion of the 20th anniversary, Acting Minister of Communications and High Technologies, First Deputy Minister Iltimas Mammadov spoke about the cooperation established between US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and MCHT.
Noting the contribution of the joint activities in cooperation over the years, Iltimas Mammadov spoke about some projects, including the relationship established with US technological universities.
In particular, it was also noted that trainings were organized at High-Tech Park under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies with the participation of Ken Morse, founding managing director of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Entrepreneurship Center, a member of the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Committee of Experts, and the trainings were positively met by entrepreneurs and other participants. It was also stressed the need for further expansion of cooperation in this direction.
In turn, co-chairmen Bill Delahunt and Reza Vaziri also highly appreciated the joint activities, expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies for the support in the implementation of work done so far.
