"With the end of the occupation fact, wide opportunities have emerged. Azerbaijan's calls on the opening of transport communications, the start of the delimitation process, etc. have not been responded to," Azerbaijan's foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at the press conference with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Poland's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Zbigniew Rau, SİA reports.
The Minister recalled that a proposal has been put forward regarding the normalization process with Armenia, and 5 base principles have been presented: "We still wait for the specific response. Several positive messages are given by the Armenian side, we see this. We want to assume that this is a sign of Armenia's serious approach to the issue. If there is a serious approach to the issue, we are ready, it is time to take the real steps. We hope that result of this will be seen soon,"
