France, Turkey, Greece plan to organize evacuation from Mariupol, Macron says

France, Turkey and Greece hope to provide evacuation for all those who are willing to leave Mariupol, so the countries have planned a humanitarian operation and intend to agree it with Russia, French President Emmanuel Macron said at a press conference after the EU summit.

"Yesterday we decided to launch an exceptional humanitarian operation, which in the near future we will be negotiating in a conversation with [Russian] President [Vladimir] Putin. We, alongside Turkey and Greece, are going to launch a humanitarian operation to evacuate everyone who wants to leave Mariupol," he said.
