The massively successful K-Pop boy band BTS, announced yesterday that they are going on a "temporary hiatus".
Several members broke down in tears as they shared the news and said that they would focus on their solo careers, SIA reports quoting foreign media.
The popular South Korean band shared that they are on 'temporary hiatus' to purse solo careers, but they promised to 'return someday.'
The group, which includes 7 members: Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook, was formed in 2010. The band, which released their debut album in 2013, has won 463 awards so far. The group broke the record for most views on YouTube in 24 hours.
