"Construction of the first residential complex in Shusha will already be started within a few days," said Azerbaijani President's Special Representative in Shusha Aydin Karimov while his speech at the international conference on "Advancing Post-Conflict Humanitarian Agenda: Sustainable development through the revitalization of the cultural environment”, SİA reports.
A. Karimov has noted that works are done rapidly for restoration of life, and habitation in Shusha: "Speed of construction process of a hospital and a secondary school in Shusha is accelerating and life regime of the city is being restored."
