An Azerbaijani delegation is attending the joint meeting of the working group on culture and cooperation in tourism of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Istanbul, Turkey, SIA told.
The event brings together representatives of the ministries of culture and tourism of 11 member countries.
Secretary General of the BSEC Permanent International Secretariat (PERMIS) Michael B. Christides and Executive Secretary of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Stefano Dominioni also joined the meeting.
The meeting will feature discussions on a single tourism route on the Great Silk Road, wine tourism, cooperation with the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), participation in international film festivals, tourism events and fairs in BSEC member states, as well as inclusion to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List and list of candidates.
