In January-July of this year, 436,335 Azerbaijani citizens traveled to Türkiye, the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism told SİA.
As reported, this is 23,839 people or 5.7% more than the same period last year.
Azerbaijanis who went to Türkiye within 7 months made up 1.6% of those who visited this country.
Citizens of Germany, Russia, England, Poland and Bulgaria visited Türkiye the most during the reporting period.
In July alone, 108,322 Azerbaijani citizens traveled to Türkiye. This means an increase of 34,567 people or 46.8% compared to the same period last year. During the month, Azerbaijanis who went to Türkiye made up 1.5% of those who visited this country.
