"On the eve of your visit, I looked up some statistics. I am glad that the number of flights is increasing rapidly," said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the meeting with Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, SİA reports.
"There are more than 130 flights a week, that is, we have practically reached the highest indicator, and the flow of tourists from Russia is also increasing. This year there was an increase of about 80 percent. Of course, this indicator decreased due to the pandemic. We haven't reached pre-pandemic levels yet, but I think we will," said the head of state.
