Azerbaijan is set to carry out research on artificial rain technology in three phases between 2025 and 2027.
According to Report, a technical and economic feasibility study, along with the preparation of project documentation, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
In 2026, a pilot initiative will be launched, with suitable locations identified for implementation.
Meanwhile, the first pilot project is expected to be executed in 2027.
