Iran, European Council talk possibility of nuclear deal talks

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held a phone talk with European Council President Charles Michel, SİA reports.

The sides discussed Iran-Europe relations, the potential resumption of nuclear deal negotiations, and recent developments in the Gaza Strip.

Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that trust and mutual benefit are the foundation of the nuclear agreement.

"If both sides fulfill their commitments and trust is established, other issues can be addressed in the course of negotiations," he added.
