Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkiye Rashad Mammadov met with the replacement engineer of Turkiye to send to the International Space Station.
SIA reports that the diplomat posted about this on Twitter.
"Today, at the Istanbul airport where I arrived to return to Ankara, we met Tuva Jahangir Atasevar, one of the first space travelers announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He is a native of Azerbaijan and is a system engineer. We are proud of our successful young people in every field," he wrote.
