Representative of the Angolan Parliament Pedro De Morais Neto held a press conference on the outcomes of the snap presidential election in Azerbaijan.
He emphasized that the election process was conducted in a free and legal environment.
“We visited 15 polling stations here. During our observations, we noticed that the majority of voters were women,” said Pedro De Morais Neto.
