Woman wants to learn science from cradle to grave

A 90-year-old woman who was unable to continue her education due to World War II in Italy has returned to school

Annunziata Murgia, a 90-year-old Italian who was unable to continue her education due to World War II, has returned to school to receive a high school diploma. She went down in history as the oldest person to go to high school.

Murgia is currently attending a night school near her home to prepare for the exam, which is usually attended by people over the age of 14 to obtain a high school diploma, SIA reports quoting AZƏRTAC. During the Second World War, Murgia said that only those who could afford it could get an education. At that time, she was engaged in sewing and provided financial support to her family.

It should be noted that Murgian's youngest classmate is a 16-year-old student who is currently preparing for a re-examination to obtain a high school diploma.
