While the plane of the President of Azerbaijan entered the territory of Pakistan, the fighters were launched into the air, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev wrote on X account, SİA reports,
"While entering Pakistan’s airspace Pakistan Air Force fighter jets are saluting and escorting Board No1 of Azerbaijan," he wrote.
