The Heydar Aliyev Center hosted a presentation of a two-volume book "History of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1991-2021)" published by Baku State University (BDU).
According to SIA, the event started with the national anthem. Then a minute of silence was observed in memory of our compatriots who died for the freedom and independence of Azerbaijan.
Rector of Baku State University, project manager and scientific adviser of the book Elchin Babayev greeted the participants of the presentation of the book "History of the Republic of Azerbaijan" prepared by Baku State University.
He expressed confidence that the book, which reflects the history of the independent Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of systematic, comprehensive and reliable historical sources, will be welcomed by the scientific community, historians and political scientists.
