5th Kharibulbul International Folklore Festival to be held in Shusha

The 5th Kharibulbul International Folklore Festival will be held in Shusha. The 5th Kharibulbul International Folklore Festival will be organized in accordance with the "Action Plan for the Year of Shusha" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on February 25, 2022, SIA reports.

The festival is scheduled for May 12-14, 2022 in Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan.

The festival, first held in 1989 and dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Seyid Shushinsky, was re-organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Shusha on May 12-13, 2021 after a 30-year break as a result of the brilliant victory in the Second Karabakh War.

The fifth festival to be held this year will feature musicians and dance groups from 10 foreign countries performing in different folk styles, as well as folk groups from different regions of Azerbaijan.
