Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, visited the headquarters of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) in Rabat, Morocco, SİA reports.
On October 14, at a meeting with ICESCO CEO Salim bin Mohammed al-Malik, activities of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Azerbaijan-ICESCO cooperation, as well as joint projects with the Foundation were discussed.
Cooperation between the Fund and ICESCO within the framework of COP29, which will be held in our country in November, and the issues related to the organization's representation at COP29 with a pavilion were in the center of attention.
At the meeting, information was also given about the environmental projects implemented by the IDEA Public Union, which is the founder and head of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's vice-president Leyla Aliyeva. Future cooperation between ICESCO and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the field of environmental protection was considered.
