Today, for the first time in Azerbaijan, a Music Forum is being held under the organization of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture.
According to SIA, the opening ceremony of the forum, where renowned musicologists, composers, conductors, and performers will participate, is taking place at the "Gulustan" Palace.
The forum, with the participation of the cultural community, will host extensive discussions on topics related to music creativity, the tradition and transmission of music, music consumption and dissemination, research in this field, choreography, and more.
As part of the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the forum will be held from October 29 to 31, and it is organized with the support of Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy, Azerbaijan National Conservatory, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, and the Azerbaijan Composers' Union.
