On December 9, the official closing ceremony of TURKSOY's 2022 "Bursa - Turkish Cultural Capital Year" was held, the Department of public relations and information provision of Shusha State Reserve told APA.
At the closing ceremony, the symbol of cultural capital was transferred from Bursa to Shusha. The symbol was handed over to Aydin Karimov, the special representative of the Azerbaijani President in the Shusha region by Bursa Metropolitan Mayor Alinur Aktash.
