Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has discussed the situation in Ukraine with Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe and Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.
SIA reports that in a statement issued by the Ministry of Defense of Russia, Shoigu spoke to Wei and Singh separately by phone.
In the telephone conversations, Shoigu expressed "concern about the possibility of Ukraine taking provocative steps using a dirty bomb (a bomb containing radioactive material)."
On October 23, Sergei Shoigu discussed the "dirty bomb" issue in phone conversations with his colleagues in Turkiye, as well as in the USA, France and the UK.
Ukraine and its Western allies have rejected Russia's allegation that Kyiv is preparing to use a radioactive "dirty bomb" and voiced concern that Moscow is using that as pretext for a further escalation in the war.
