Toyota Motor LLC, the Russian division of Toyota Motor Corporation, is completely shutting down car manufacturing at its plant in St. Petersburg, though it will retain after-sales service, the press service of Russia's Industry and Trade Ministry has told Interfax.
The company intends to fulfill its obligations to the staff of the enterprise regarding payments, including additional compensations. In addition, the company will retain after-sales service and dealer network support for Toyota and Lexus vehicles, SIA refers to the Turkish media.
