Legislation act on Great Return to Karabakh will be developed in Azerbaijan, it was reflected in the Human Rights Committee's Working plan for the fall session, SİA reports.
According to the document, the committee will organize joint work with relevant state, and government bodies for developing a legislative act for the Great Return to Karabakh.
