Russia is laying the groundwork to annex Ukrainian territory it is occupying, the US Embassy to Ukraine said in a statement, according to SİA.
"We know Russia’s next move. Russia is laying the groundwork to annex Ukrainian territory it is occupying, in direct violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty. If Russia proceeds with its annexation plans, we will respond swiftly and severely in lockstep with our Allies and partners," the embassy said.
