Poland soon to complete construction of fence on Belarus border

Poland intends to complete the construction of the 300 kilometers-long fence on the border with Belarus by July 15, Deputy Interior Minister of Poland Maciej Wąsik said, SİA informs via Ukrinform.

Wąsik noted that the installation of electronic surveillance systems in the Polish part of the 5-meter-high fence will continue until mid-September.

The total cost of the project, including technical equipment, is about $400 million.
