Greece Suspends Golden Visa Program for Russian Citizens

The Greek Visa Center in Russia has suspended the issuance of visas to Russian citizens. This was reported by the Russian Association of Tour Operators (ATOR), SIA reports quoting UNIAN.

The visa center said this was due to technical reasons related to the system upgrade, but did not say when the application process would be resumed.

In addition, from June 27, 2022, the Greek consulates in Moscow, Novorossiysk and St. Petersburg will be closed.

Visa centers will continue to provide consulting services to citizens and issue passports to tourists.
