The Ukrainian president has visited the southern city of Mykolaiv during a working trip to the region, his office has revealed.
During his nightly address President Zelensky said that paramedic Yuliya Payevska, aka Tayra, had been freed from Russian captivity.
She and her driver were captured in Mariupol in March, where she had been helping evacuate injured soldiers and civilians.
Russia is likely to be renewing its efforts to advance into the Donetsk region, the UK's Ministry of Defence stated.
Meanwhile UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned of "Ukraine fatigue" setting in after returning from his trip to Kiev on Friday.
