With the participation of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow and President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, the two countries signed 9 Memorandums of Understanding in various fields and adopted a joint statement of the heads of state.
Among the signed documents are documents on trade-economic, scientific-technical, cultural-humanitarian cooperation between a number of regions of Turkmenistan and Iran, as well as government agencies, SIA reports.
The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow is currently on a two-day visit to Iran.
