In addition, the North Korean leader expressed a desire to strengthen relations between Moscow and Pyongyang and further develop them in all areas.
Kim Jong Un also sent a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Victory Day, expressing North Korea's "strong solidarity" with Russia.
